FDS3692 Description
FDS3692 is a 100v N-Channel PowerTrench? MOSFET. The onsemi FDS3692 can be applied in DC/DC Converters, Off-line UPS, 42V Automotive Load Control, Electric Valve Train Systems, and High Voltage Synchronous rectifiers due to the following features. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the Transistor FDS3692 is in the SOIC-8 package with 2.5W power dissipation.
