FDMF6820C Overview


In this package, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the Module package.On PCBs, Surface Mount mounts H gate.Signal interfaces use 40 pins as pronged contacts.The maximum load current a power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature is 50A.Currently, 50A current flows through the output and power supply pins.It is equipped with a 1 output.The system includes 2 drivers.Accordingly, the maximum acceptable operating temperature is 125°C in order to avoid excessive costs.Ideally, the operating temperature should be at -40°C in order to avoid excessive costs.
