FDMF6707C Overview
H bridge is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).H bridge is provided in the 40-PowerTFQFN package for the sake of cost savings.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.The operating temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.H bridge motor driver is pretty useful in a wide range of applications, including Synchronous Buck Converters.Surface Mount is adopted as a technique to mount H gate on the PCB.H gates specific characteristics also include Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.There are 40 terminations used to end a transmission line with the H bridge that matches the characteristic impedance of the line.40 pins is used as pronged contacts as H bridge ic of a signal interface.Its base H bridge ic number of FDMF6707 is the basis to find more related H bridge ics.H bridge circuit operates with the supply voltage of 12V.It is a kind of electronic H-bridge belonging to the XS™ DrMOS series.The maximum load current that power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature reaches 50A.There is 50A current flowing through the output and power supply pins.It is equipped with 1 outputs.2 drivers are inegrated in the system.
