FDMF6706C Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is used for packaging.The 40-PowerTFQFN package includes H bridge to save money.The supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V can improve reliabilbridge drivery.In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.Motor driver H bridge's operating temperature enables -40°C~150°C TJ to function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in Synchronous Buck Converters as well.H gate is mounted on the PCB using Surface Mount.As H bridge ic of its specific characteristics, it also possesses Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.Transmission lines are terminated with H bridges whose characteristic impedance matches their characteristic impedance, known as 40 terminations.In signal interfaces, 40 pins serve as pronged contacts.Based on its base H bridge ic number of FDMF6706, further related H bridge ics can be identified.A voltage of 5V is used as the supply voltage.This is an electronic H-bridge of the XS™ DrMOS series.At a specified ambient temperature, 40A is the maximum load current that a power supply can provide.A current of 40A flows through the pins of the output and power supply.There are 1 outputs on this Hbridge.This Hbridge releases a voltage of 1V.The 2 drivers have been integrated into the system.
