FDMF6705B Overview
For packaging, Cut Tape (CT) is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 40-PowerTFQFN package.The supply voltage 4.5V~5.5V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Surface Mount.When -40°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are Synchronous Buck Converters.Mount the board using Surface Mount.Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag is one of full bridges specific characteristics.Transmission lines can be terminated with a termination that matches the characteristic impedance of the line using 40 terminations.An interface using 40 pins is used to provide pronged contact.Based on its base H bridge ic number of FDMF6705, more closely related H bridge ics can be found.The H bridge is powered by a voltage supply of 5V.A H-bridge in the XS™ DrMOS series, this is a type of electronic H-bridge.When the ambient temperature reaches 38A, the power supply will provide the maximum load current possible.The output and power supply pins are flowing wH-bridgeh current 40A.Integrated 2 drivers are available.
