FDMF5839 Overview
Packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).Cost savings are achieved by including H bridge in the 31-PowerWFQFN package.Based on 4.5V~5.5V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Mounted on Surface Mount.In order for -40°C~150°C TJ to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.H bridge motor driver can be used for a variety of purposes, including Synchronous Buck Converters.Using Surface Mount, the board is mounted.Bootstrap Circuit, Latch Function, Status Flag is also one of full bridges specific characteristics.A signal interface uses 31 pins as pronged contacts.This is one of the types of electronic H-bridges in the PowerTrench®, SyncFET™ series.An ambient temperature of 35A enables a power supply to provide a maximum load current.Through the pins of the power supply and output, there is a current of 35A.The Hbridge has 1 outputs.There are integrated 2 drivers in the system.
