FDMF3172 Overview
To package H bridge, use Tape & Reel (TR).In an effort to save money, H bridge is included in the 39-PowerVFQFN package.With the 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.There is a mounting of H bridge circuit in Surface Mount.As long as -40°C~125°C TJ operates at the right temperature, motor driver H bridge will operate normally.H bridge motor driver has many applications, including General Purpose.Bootstrap Circuit is another of full bridges specific characteristics.It is possible to terminate a transmission line with a 39 termination using the H bridge which matches the characteristic impedance of the transmission line.H bridge circuit incorporates SWITCHING REGULATOR as its analog IC type.Output reaches 70A at the maximum current.
