FDC6330L Description
The FDC6330L is ideal for small power management in portable electronic equipment with a 3V to 20V input voltage range and a 2.3A output current capability. In one tiny SuperSOTTM-6 chip, this load switch integrates a small N-Channel power MOSFET (Q1) that powers a huge P-Channel power MOSFET (Q2).

? Zener protection for ESD toughness (>6kV Human Body Model) is included in the control MOSFET (Q1)
? Extremely low on-resistance thanks to PowerTrenchTM technology.
? Copper lead frame SuperSOTTM-6 package design for enhanced thermal and electrical capabilities.
