EV1320QI Overview

It supports 1 outputs in total. It is packaged in 16-UFQFN Exposed Pad for convenient transportation. Ready for shipping in Cut Tape (CT) package. This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of 0.5V~0.9V. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. This shunt regulator targets at Converter, DDR and other applications. The operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid mal-function. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 0.95V~1.8V 3V~3.465V. You can find 16 terminals of the voltage regulator. As a SWITCHING REGULATOR regulator, the electronic part has received lots of praise. Current output from the electrical regulator should be 2A.
