EPCS4SI8NAA Overview
This package is based on a neat 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package which is used by it.Packaging for the external use of Tube.In the state of -40°C~85°C, licensed to work.Using the In System Programmable axis, it can be programmed to do whatever you want.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 2.7V~3.6V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 4MB bytes.This part is supplied by the manufacturer in the form of a device package.Smartphones in the EPCS series.
