EPCS16SI8N Overview


There is a neat 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package that is used in this program.Packaging for external use.Licensed to operate in -40°C~85°C.In System Programmable allows for programmability.With a voltage of 2.7V~3.6V, it is powered.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount.A data storage size of 16Mb is allowed.To find other similar parts, search for "EPCS16".Supply voltage 3.3V is required.Different types of 8 terminations are available with different functions.A maximum voltage of 3.6V can be applied to this memory device.3V is the minimum voltage required to supply the device.The temperature should be kept below 260 in reflow soldering.This memory transmit data in the SERIAL process way.The memory chip is allowed to operate from a voltage no higher than 0.015mA.The use of 3.3V power supplies is recommended.Devices in the EPCS series include this one.There is a memory type that is known as a FLASH memory.Using the switching controller, you will be able to move the slider at a frequency of 40MHz.
