EPC16UI88N Overview
An interesting 88-LFBGA package is used for this.The external packaging of Tray is made of Tray plastic.Licensed to operate in -40°C~85°C.This device can be programmed using the In System Programmable language.There is a voltage of ± 2.25V~6V applied to the device.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.FPGA is limFPGAed to 16Mb bytes for the size of the data storage.EPC16 will give you other related parts.In order for it to function, it requires a voltage supply of 3.3V.Different types of 88 terminations are available with different functions.The memory chip in this picture is called a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.A SERIAL-processing method is used to transfer data through this memory.The memory chip will not operate at a voltage above 0.09mA.Taking the speed of the IC into consideration, this is a memory IC that can work at a frequency of 66.7MHz.Using a 3.3V power supply is recommended for best results.This is one of the devices that are part of the EPC series.
