EPC1213LC20 Overview
This package makes use of the 20-LCC (J-Lead) programming language.Packaging for Tube.An individual who is qualified to operate within the 0°C~70°C domain.Through OTP, it is programmable.With a voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, it is powered.FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount.There is a limit to the size of data storage of 212kb bytes.To find other similar parts, search for "EPC1213".The supply voltage should be 5V.Various functions can be applied to 20 terminations.Using this memory device with a maximum voltage of 5.25V is possible.4.75V must be the minimum voltage supplied to the device.An CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.Data is transmitted in this memory using a SERIAL process.There is a memory IC in this package that works at 6MHz frequencies.The I/O configuration of the memory is COMMON.Memory is recommended that a 5V power supply be used.To better meet the needs of customers, 4 WIRE INTERFACE TO FLEX 8000 DEVICES has been added.This device is part of the EPC series.
