DRV8312DDW Overview
Tube is used for packaging.The 44-TSSOP (0.244, 6.20mm Width) Exposed Pad package includes H bridge to save money.The supply voltage of 10.8V~13.2V can improve reliabilbridge drivery.In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.Motor driver H bridge's operating temperature enables -40°C~150°C TJ to function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in DC Motors, General Purpose as well.H gate is mounted on the PCB using Surface Mount.As H bridge ic of its specific characteristics, it also possesses Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.Transmission lines are terminated with H bridges whose characteristic impedance matches their characteristic impedance, known as 44 terminations.In signal interfaces, 44 pins serve as pronged contacts.Based on its base H bridge ic number of DRV8312, further related H bridge ics can be identified.A voltage of 12V is used as the supply voltage.The analog IC type is BRUSH DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.The output reaches a maximum current when H-bridge reaches 6.5A.A current of 3.5A flows through the pins of the output and power supply.A bridge driver's 44 pins work together in order to perform its specific functions.There are 3 outputs on this Hbridge.Keeping the operating supply voltage at 12V ensures high efficiency.This Hbridge releases a voltage of 5V.A load of electricity is supplied by 1250V.
