DG509BEQ-T1-E3 Overview
Packed in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 4:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. By its 4 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. These analog multiplexers are built based on SP4T switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 2 circuits. If you are looking for variants of the digital switch, trying search with DG509. This digital multiplexer has 500Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 44V. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 12V. 500μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. If put voltage greater than -200μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 20V. You should attach at least 5V voltage if you are using dual power supply. The electronic component can function from 15V. The electrical component supports 8 inputs. This switch operates within the bandwidth of 250MHz.
