DG444BDY-E3 Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. In total, there are 16 terminations. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 1 channels. In the case of a voltage supply of 15V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. There are 16 pins injected into the electronic part body. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NC switching circuits. A total of 4 circuits make up this switch device. Search with DG444 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. It has an internal resistance of 160Ohm. The functions of 16 pins can be found in the datasheets. In normalcircumstances, users should not exceed 36V volts for the multiplexer.
