DG409LEDQ-GE3 Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 4:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. In total, there are 16 terminations. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 4 channels. In the case of a voltage supply of 5V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. The analog switch ics are built using SP4T switching circuits. A total of 2 circuits make up this switch device. It has an internal resistance of 23Ohm. The functions of 16 pins can be found in the datasheets. There is an integrated analog IC DIFFERENTIAL MULTIPLEXER in the module.
