CS5464-ISZ Overview
Packing in Tube. An example of a 28-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package is shown below. This device can be used as a Single Phase meter. There is an option for Surface Mount. The operational temperature at -40°C~85°C is higher. 4.75V~5.25V power supply is used to power it. Check out CS5464 for more similar parts. The low-level I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of 0.2V. High-level I/Os are represented by voltage 0.8V, while standard I/Os are displayed by voltage Y. There are 28 terminations on the part. ANALOG CIRCUIT IC with PMIC technology. There is a normal voltage requirement for the part of 5V. An assembly of 28 pins is present. Logic gates can be applied to this 28 solution. The device is designed as a Surface Mount device in order to make installation and dismantling as simple as possible. As a precaution, it is recommended that the supply current is set to 3.5mA in order to keep the PMIC working properly. This logic device has implemented 3 channels.
