MCP39F511-E/MQ Overview
Packged in Tube. 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It can be used as a Single Phase meter. Available in Surface Mount. Extended operating temperature at -40°C~125°C. It operates using 2.7V~3.6V power supply. Search MCP39F511 for more similar parts. This PMIC has a voltage of 0.4V on its low-level I/O ports. For high-level I/Os, this device presents a voltage of 3V. The part includes 28 terminations. A powerful PMIC analog POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC. Users should be noted that this device requires 2.7 V or higher voltage to start up. The maximum voltage that goes to the device should be keep under 3.6V. It has 28 pins jointed. This is a 28 solution for logic gate applications. It is designed as a Surface Mount device for easy install and dismount. It is a 7mA device. To keep the PMIC working normally, it is advised to set the supply current to 7mA. The device generally reuqires 3/3.3V power supplies. 2 channels have been implemented inside this logic device.
