CS5463-ISZ Overview
I have packed it in Tube. There is a package called 24-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width). Using it as a Single Phase meter is possible. There is an option in Surface Mount. Temperature at -40°C~85°C is extended during operation. The unit is powered by a 4.75V~5.25V power supply. If you are looking for parts similar to this one, search CS5463. Its low-level I/O has a voltage of 0.2V. It presents a voltage of 0.8V for high-level I/Os. The part has 24 terminations. Analog ANALOG CIRCUIT PMIC IC with powerful performance. It is normal for the part to require 5V volts. This device may not be able to operate without a voltage of 4.75V or higher. 24 pins are attached to it. Logic gate applications are addressed by this 24 solution. Easy installation and dismounting are assured by its design as a Surface Mount device.
