CD74HCT4066E Overview
Due to its 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. Mounted in Through Hole is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -55°C~125°C TA. The voltage required by this switch device is 4.5V~5.5V, draining from a single voltage supply. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 2μA. It can operate from 5V operating voltages. 200MHz bandwidths enable data to be transferred. Drain to Source resistance for this electronic component is 95Ohm.
