CD4097BPW Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 8:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -55°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature. In total, there are 24 terminations. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 2 channels.
