CD4051BM Overview
Due to its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 8:1. Operation at a temperature around -55°C~125°C TA. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 8 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 5V voltage supply. Electronic part bodies are injected with 16 pins. A 1 circuit is present in this switch device. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 9V. If you are using a dual power supply, you should attach at least 2.5V. The digital multiplexer has SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs that can be used. It can operate from 18V operating voltages. Operating 8 inputs is required. 20MHz bandwidths enable data to be transferred. Drain to Source resistance for this electronic component is 125Ohm.
