BU4066BCFV-E2 Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. In total, there are 14 terminations. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 4 channels. In the case of a voltage supply of 5V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. There are 14 pins injected into the electronic part body. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NO switching circuits. Search with BU4066 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. It has an internal resistance of 280Ohm. The functions of 14 pins can be found in the datasheets. In normalcircumstances, users should not exceed 18V volts for the multiplexer. Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. 3V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 4μA. A voltage of 3V~18V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 1μA. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 9V. In the case of dual power supplies, you should connect at least 1.5V. There are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this analog switch ic.
