BU4066BCF-E2 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 14-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 14. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 4 channels. If the voltage supply is 5V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 14 pins. A SPST - NO switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. Try searching with BU4066 if you're looking for variants. There is 280Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. For functions related to 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A voltage higher than 18V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Analogue multiplexers of the Single supply type that are cost-effective. 3V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. For this multiplexer to operate, 4μA current would be sufficient. This analog switch requires a voltage of 3V~18V to drain from a single voltage supply. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 1μA. If put voltage greater than 9V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 1.5V. The analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs in total.
