BU4051BCF-E2 Overview
Packed in 16-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 8:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. By its 8 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 5V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. This multiplexer is composed of 1 circuits. If you are looking for variants of the digital switch, trying search with BU4051. This digital multiplexer has 160Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 18V. A cost-effective Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 3V. 15μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. Draining from a single voltage supply, this analog switch requires a voltage of 3V~18V. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 9V. You should attach at least 1.5V voltage if you are using dual power supply. This switch operates within the bandwidth of 20MHz.
