BU2505FV-E2 Overview
In the 20-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, you will find it. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 5V volts is required. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -30°C~85°C when operating. You can find related parts by using the part number BU250*, which is its base part number. In order to make it work, 20 pins have been designed. In order for this FPGA to work properly in accordance with its specifications, it is necessary that it is mounted in Surface Mount. There is a 5V power supply that is required to operate it. With a total of 20 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security. It can accept a maximum voltage of 5.5V volts as a supply voltage. A minimal supply voltage of 4.5V is required for it to operate.
