BU2500FV-E2 Overview
A 20-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains it, and it is available for download. Power is provided by a 5V-volt supply. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -25°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the purpose of saving space. In total, there are a total of 20 terminations on it. This cable has 20 pins and is designed to connect to a computer. Providing the FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount as per the specifications of the IC, then it should work perfectly according to its specifications. With a 5V supply voltage, designers can fully utili5Ve the flexibility of the device. Power is supplied to the device by a 5V battery. Featuring 20 pins in total, it is a versatile device. It can take a maximum of 5.5V as the supply voltage. Using a supply voltage as low as 4.5V, it will work.
