BTS7960P Overview
It is packaged with Tube.For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the TO-220-7 (Formed Leads) package.In addbridge driverion, 5.5V~27.5V can be used to improve reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is mounted on Through Hole.A normal operation of -40°C~150°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.This tool is useful for a number of applications, including DC Motors, General Purpose.PCB mounting is performed using Through Hole.Full bridge also possesses Latch Function, Slew Rate Controlled, Status Flag as a specific characteristic.A transmission line is terminated with a H bridge that matches its characteristic impedance, referred to as a 7 termination.In addition to the BTS7960 H bridge ic number, more related H bridge ics can be located by using its base H bridge ic number.H bridge circuit operates on a voltage of 8V.Electronic H-bridges of the NovalithIC™ series constitute this type of H-bridge.When the ambient temperature reaches 60A, the maximum load current of the power supply is reached.The 3 pins of this bridge driver work together to allow it to perform its specific functions.
