Tape & Reel (TR) is used for packaging.The TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package includes H bridge to save money.The supply voltage of 4.5V~28V can improve reliabilbridge drivery.In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.Motor driver H bridge's operating temperature enables -40°C~150°C TJ to function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in DC Motors, General Purpose as well.As H bridge ic of its specific characteristics, it also possesses Latch Function, Slew Rate Controlled, Status Flag.Transmission lines are terminated with H bridges whose characteristic impedance matches their characteristic impedance, known as 7 terminations.Based on its base H bridge ic number of BTN7973, further related H bridge ics can be identified.This is an electronic H-bridge of the NovalithIC™ series.The output reaches a maximum current when H-bridge reaches 90A.A bridge driver's 4 pins work together in order to perform its specific functions.
