BRD1263C-TL Overview
For packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 24-PowerSMD Module (0.425, 10.80mm Width), 17 Leads package.The supply voltage 50V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Surface Mount.When -40°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are DC Motors, General Purpose.Bootstrap Circuit is one of full bridges specific characteristics.A H-bridge in the BridgeSwitch series, this is a type of electronic H-bridge.
