BM6202FS-E2 Overview
For packaging, Cut Tape (CT) is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 28-SOP (0.449, 11.40mm Width), 23 Leads package.The supply voltage 13.5V~16.5V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Surface Mount.When -20°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are AC Motors.Mount the board using Surface Mount.Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag is one of full bridges specific characteristics.Transmission lines can be terminated with a termination that matches the characteristic impedance of the line using 23 terminations.An interface using 23 pins is used to provide pronged contact.The H bridge is powered by a voltage supply of 310V.H bridge circuit has been incorporated with BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER as its analog IC type.When the ambient temperature reaches 2.5A, the power supply will provide the maximum load current possible.The output and power supply pins are flowing wH-bridgeh current 1.5A.It has a 1 output.600V represents the voltage released by the Hbridge.
