BD9639MWV-E2 Overview
Generally, it supports 6 outputs at a time. The power regulator is currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. 56 terminals can be found on the electronic component. This alternator regulator has 56pins in its pinout. The PCB or other board can be mounted using the Surface Mount on it. Temperatures lower than -20°Care not suitable for it. There is no benefit to raising the temperature above 85°C. For normal operation, there should be 5.5V operating supply voltage applied. Refer to this voltage regulator's additional features as follows: ALSO HAS A CONTROL TECHNIQUE OF PFM. The input voltage for this alternator regulator must be greater than 2.5V. A frequency of 1.5MHzcan be set for the AC voltage regulator. The maximum output current of this electronic part is 2A. The power supply regulator allows a minimum supply voltage of 2.5V.
