BD8301MUV-E2 Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 20 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -25°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1A output current of voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.7V for operation. In the particular voltage regulators, the BD830* family is represented. A voltage of 5.2V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 2.8V volts. A 2A A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. With a maximum output voltage of 5.2V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. With 5.5V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate. By adding the OUTPUT VOLTAGE FROM 2.8 TO 5.2V feature, this harley voltage regulator is more efficient and stable.
