BD7602GUL-E2 Overview
As a whole, it supports 2 outputs. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 9-UFBGA, CSPBGA. The power regulator is ready for shipment in Cut Tape (CT). There is a general voltage output of 3V 2.8V~3.3V from this power supply regulator. Surface Mount Universal mount that facilitates easy adaptation. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include LDO, NFC and others. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -35°C~85°C. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 2.7V~5.5V. The electronic part is widely regarded as a regulator of type POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT. In order to mount it on PCBs or other boards, it has a Surface Mount. The power regulators with 50 pins are available.
