BD6640KUT-E2 Overview
For packaging, it is used with Tape & Reel (TR).A cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in 64-LQFP.Bridge driver is possible to improve the reliabilbridge drivery of 2.1V~6.5V by increasing the supply voltage.In Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.-25°C~150°C TJ can work normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.A number of applications can be made use of H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, General Purpose.The BD6640 base H bridge ic number is the key to finding more related H bridge ics.A power source can supply a maximum load current of 2A when the ambient temperature is specified.1 outputs are provided.As a result of excessive costs, 85°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.For reasons of cost minimization, the acceptable minimum operating temperature is -40°C.
