BD6226FP-E2 Overview
It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the 25-SOP (0.213, 5.40mm Width) + 2 Heat Tabs package.In addbridge driverion, 6V~15V can be used to improve reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is mounted on Surface Mount.A normal operation of -40°C~85°C TA is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.This tool is useful for a number of applications, including DC Motors, General Purpose.PCB mounting is performed using Surface Mount.A transmission line is terminated with a H bridge that matches its characteristic impedance, referred to as a 25 termination.In a signal interface, the 25 pins serve as pronged contacts.In addition to the BD622* H bridge ic number, more related H bridge ics can be located by using its base H bridge ic number.H bridge circuit operates on a voltage of 12V.This H bridge circuit incorporates an analog IC with the type BRUSH DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.Through the output and power supply pins, a current of 1A is flowing.The 25 pins of this bridge driver work together to allow it to perform its specific functions.In this case, the voltage released by the Hbridge is 18V.
