BD6225FP-E2 Overview
Packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).Cost savings are achieved by including H bridge in the 25-SOP (0.213, 5.40mm Width) + 2 Heat Tabs package.Based on 6V~15V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Mounted on Surface Mount.In order for -40°C~85°C TA to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.H bridge motor driver can be used for a variety of purposes, including DC Motors, General Purpose.Using Surface Mount, the board is mounted.25 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedances.A signal interface uses 25 pins as pronged contacts.Its base H bridge ic number, BD622*, is used to identify related H bridge ics.With a supply voltage of 12V, H bridge circuit operates.IC type BRUSH DC MOTOR CONTROLLER is used as H bridge circuit's analog IC.Through the pins of the power supply and output, there is a current of 500mA.The 25 pins work together to provide this bridge driver with the functionality it requires.The Hbridge has 2 outputs.
