BD6222HFP-TR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 6V~15V's supply voltage.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.-40°C~85°C TA is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, General Purpose.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Surface Mount is used.7 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedance.As H bridge ic of a signal interface, 7 pins are used as pronged contacts.The base H bridge ic number of BD622* can be used to find related H bridge ics.The H bridge operates at a voltage of 12V.The analog IC type of this H bridge is BRUSH DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.The output pins and the power supply pins are conducting 2A current.It is the 7 pins that enable this bridge driver to perform its specific functions.The Hbridge is equipped with 1 outputs.18V is the voltage released by the Hbridge.
