BD6222FP-E2 Overview
For packaging, it is used with Tape & Reel (TR).A cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in 25-SOP (0.213, 5.40mm Width) + 2 Heat Tabs.Bridge driver is possible to improve the reliabilbridge drivery of 6V~15V by increasing the supply voltage.In Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.-40°C~85°C TA can work normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.A number of applications can be made use of H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, General Purpose.The board is mounted using Surface Mount.A transmission line can be terminated at a 25 termination with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the transmission line.As H bridge ic of the signal interface, 25 pins are used as pronged contacts.The BD622* base H bridge ic number is the key to finding more related H bridge ics.For the operation of the H bridge, a voltage supply of 12V is used.BRUSH DC MOTOR CONTROLLER has been incorporated as H bridge circuit's analog IC type.Output and power supply pins have a current of 2A.This bridge driver functions in part thanks to the 25 pins working together.1 outputs are provided.
