BD6221F-E2 Overview
For packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.The supply voltage 6V~15V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Surface Mount.When -40°C~85°C TA is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are DC Motors, General Purpose.Transmission lines can be terminated with a termination that matches the characteristic impedance of the line using 8 terminations.An interface using 8 pins is used to provide pronged contact.Based on its base H bridge ic number of BD622*, more closely related H bridge ics can be found.The H bridge is powered by a voltage supply of 12V.H bridge circuit has been incorporated with BRUSH DC MOTOR CONTROLLER as its analog IC type.The output and power supply pins are flowing wH-bridgeh current 1A.A number of 8 pins work together to provide this bridge driver with its specific functions.It has a 1 output.It is important to maintain the operating supply voltage at 15V in order to ensure high efficiency.
