BD4903FM-E2 Overview
Generally, it supports 1 outputs at a time. The alternator regulator is packaged in a SOIC container to facilitate transportation. The power regulator is currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. If you are trying to find pin-to-pin solutions, try searching BD4903. Temperatures lower than -35°Care not suitable for it. There is no benefit to raising the temperature above 85°C. At its maximum, it will produce current 2A.
