BD35395FJ-ME2 Overview
Currently, it supports a total of 1 outputs. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) in order to facilitate transportation. Currently available in Cut Tape (CT) packages for shipping. There is a general voltage output of Adjustableon this voltage controller. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The electrical regulator is targeted at Converter, DDR SDRAM and other applications. A temperature setting of -40°C~105°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions. This variable voltage regulator is designed to have a voltage input of 2.7V~5.5V. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting it on PCBs and other boards. The power supply regulator has a pin count of 8. In order to interface with this external regulator, it uses IC BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUIT.
