BA6897FP-E2 Overview
In order to package H bridge, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.H bridge is included in the 28-SOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) + 2 Heat Tabs package as a cost-saving measure.Based on the supply voltage of 6V~9V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured.H bridge circuit is put into place in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge is possible for -35°C~85°C TA to operate normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, General Purpose, Voltage Regulators.On the PCB H gate is mounted using Surface Mount.To terminate a transmission line with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the line, 28 terminations are employed.The base H bridge ic number of BA6897 allows you to find more related H bridge ics by using that number.It is through the 28 pins that the bridge driver can perform its specific functions.
