BA5948FP-E2 Overview
For packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 28-SOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.The supply voltage 4.5V~14V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Surface Mount.When -35°C~85°C TA is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are DC Motors, General Purpose.Based on its base H bridge ic number of BA5948, more closely related H bridge ics can be found.
