AS431BNTR-E1 Overview
Uses the handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±1% must be used.In order to determine the output voltage 36V, test statistics are used.Input can be entered via a Adjustable form.Part 3 has its pins 3 settled.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.It can be used by applications with 100mA inputs.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.It is impossible to expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 100mA in this case.This voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage amounts to 36V when compared to its input voltage.The cathode current should be 1mA.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 2.5V.The maximum input voltage for this part is 36V, which means that voltage input should be limited accordingly.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 125°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.This voltage is fixed/minimum.Parts would send a voltage of 36V at their maximum.In this part, the supplier voltage reference ic package is SOT-23-3.
