AS431BKTR-E1 Overview
This program uses the SC-74A, SOT-753 package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Shunt control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.For precise voltage measurements, ±1% is the tolerance.A test statistic determines the output voltage 36V.To enter input, the user fills out a Adjustable form.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C~125°C TA.Input applications can use the voltage reference with 100mA.Surface Mount is the best fit for this application.If the voltage reference ic outputs 100mA current, you cannot expect it to output more.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V, which is equal to its maximum input voltage.It is generally considered correct to have a cathode current of 1mA.There is a voltage output of 2.5V at the lowest point.Due to the part's maximum input voltage of 36V, users need to confine the voltage accordingly.Temperatures higher than 125°C should not be used.In addition to operating at temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius, it also operates at high temperatures.Fixed/minimal voltage of 2.5V is generated.Voltages up to 36V could be sent by the voltage reference circuit.A SOT-23-5 supplier device package is assigned to this voltage reference ic.
