AN1431M-E1 Overview
An easy-to-use TO-243AA package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.For precise voltage reference, use ±2% tolerance.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -25°C~80°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "AN1431".For applications with 100mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.36V is its maximum output voltage.A cathode current of 1mA is generally considered to be correct.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 2.5V.Ambient temperatures should not exceed 80°C.Despite its low operating temperature, it can still function at -25°C degrees Celsius.Voltage 2.5V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.There is 36V voltage higher than 36V that the voltage reference ic can send.There is 3-HSIP device package associated with this voltage reference circuit's supplier.
