AN1431M Overview
An easy-to-use TO-243AA package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Bulk package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±2% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 2.5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -25°C~80°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "AN1431".For applications with 100mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.36V is its maximum output voltage.A cathode current of 1mA is generally considered to be correct.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 2.5V.Voltage 2.5V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.
