ADG412BRZ Overview
Packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. By its 4 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NO switching circuits. If you are looking for variants of the digital switch, trying search with ADG412. This digital multiplexer has 35Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 25V. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 5V. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 22V. You should attach at least 13.5V voltage if you are using dual power supply. The electronic component can function from 12V. This electronic component presents a Drain to Source resistance of 25mOhm.
